Our insurance is linked to our employment so ✌🏽just quitting✌🏽 isn’t a luxury most of us have. And Riot is only saying it ‘supports’ the already organized walkout so they don’t look like they’re forcing women into consent contracts which they are. Don’t police how we organize.

It’s a massively risky thing to do, you can get blacklisted and kicked off your health insurance just for whispering of unionizing. Workers’ health, employability, their children’s access to a doctor etc are all on the line.
