i’m following a 30 day beginner yoga programme on yt and hooboy, some of that stuff looks so unassuming, but you’re shaking and actually working up a sweat.

@gekitsu I've been doing it off and on for a few months to break up my strength and conditioning routines.

I wanted to do something a bit different today and decided to try a bit more advanced routine.

It turned out to be quite a workout.

@Are0h ah, then you’re a good few steps further than i. :) i just started and it’s all hard because it’s new. (i did upper body max strength work pretty exclusively, plus rock climbing specific stuff like hangboarding and campus board)

@gekitsu Yeah, it's strange like that. It work muscles in a way you aren't accustomed. Once I got into the flow, it was fine, but starting out it was pretty difficult.
